Get-to-Know-You Visit
Before their first stay, we invite all new dogs for a trial day. This helps us get to know your pup's personality and energy, so we can match them with the right group and make sure they have the best possible experience with us.
Our Facility
Private Suites
Each dog has their own private suite with a covered outdoor patio. Dogs can move freely in and out during the day and evening, weather permitting — giving them a self-regulated potty area.
Den-Like Privacy
The interior sleeping area features a solid, high barrier between each suite for a natural, den-like environment. We provide blankets and a soft raised bedding cot.
Climate Controlled
In summer, the inside air is cooled. In winter, our floors are heated — included at no extra charge.
Calming Atmosphere
We play music specifically selected to relax and calm dogs throughout the day.
Fire Safety
The entire facility is fire sprinkled for your pet's safety.
Evening Check-ins
Guests are checked between 9–10 pm each evening to ensure comfort and wellbeing. Our caretakers are onsite every single day — your pet is never alone.

Our Cattery
Spacious Suites
Our cat suites are spacious — 3 feet wide × 3 feet deep × 8 feet high — with plenty of room to move, climb, and explore.
Window Condos
We have a limited number of window condos available for a few dollars more per night — book early as these fill up fast.
Calming Environment
Our cattery is bright and airy, with music selected specifically to soothe cats, and fish for their viewing entertainment.
Daily Attention
As part of every stay, your cat receives hands-on attention from our team every day. Our caretakers are onsite every single day — your pet is never alone.
Dog Daycare
Daycare runs weekdays 8am–6pm. Each day includes three 45-minute play sessions with toys, water, and supervised fair play. Between sessions, dogs rest comfortably in one of our boarding suites — a great way to get them familiar with us for future boarding stays.
Dog Daycare is available Monday through Friday during regular office hours (8:00 am – 6:00 pm).

In a labeled Ziploc bag (include pet's name, food brand, and portion size — e.g. '1/2 cup, twice daily'). We also provide food if preferred.
- One toy from home
Hard chew toys without stuffing only — no rawhides or bones from home
- Medication
In its original container if needed
We provide: Sanitized raised sleeping cot, blanket, and bedding
Cats
- Food
In a labeled Ziploc bag if preferred (we provide wet and dry food)
- Treats from home
Are welcome
We provide: Sanitized raised bed with fluffy blankets
Note: We are not currently accepting beds or toys from home for cats
